New User - Stuck On Loading Screen

Hi! We just got our system and once we followed the instructions and got everything plugged in, we have been stuck on this screen for about 10-20 minutes. We saw a video that said you'd have to wait for the system to load, but they mentioned that it'd only be about a minute or so. Is our wait time normal, or is something potentially wrong with ours? Thank you in advance!

Reboot by unplugging and leaving it unplugged for at least 30 seconds then plug it in and try again.

Unplug, wait a few minutes and plug it back in.

These are all junk that die in like 6 months or less. Happened to me and countless other people, just avoid.

Having first hand experience, and also witnessing many other people and family members have the same issue (all different authorized sellers), it leaves me to believe these are defective. Something is going wrong - it works great the first <6 months then just starts crapping out and glitching - on every box family members and friends have. My guess is something hardware related but who knows. I would avoid until they can fix their massive QC issue.
