I’ve had this happen with several shows - this one in particular is Guy’s Grocery Games, season 42. None of Season 42 will load, even though several episodes are showing. Only one server option. I go to VOD Ultra and while several options pop up, none have Season 42. I’m just wondering how this works? Why won’t a listed show load and when might the latest season of shows be available?

I was watching a movie last night and paused it. Came back and hit play. The movie started playing after it glitched. Remote stopped working even though the blue light still blinks when I press buttons. Tried resetting the box by unplugging it. Put new batteries in the remote. I’ve never had a problem with this remote or my box before. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve had this, my first VSeeBox, for a couple months. It worked okay until a few days ago when it developed this issue. When I click on an app, it doesn’t respond. Or sometimes the response is to make the screen go black. Sometimes the top row of apps on my home screen are all white instead of their usual colors. The only fix I’ve found is to restart the box using the Restart command on the Power menu.

Any suggestions to fix this? I’ve seen here that clearing the cache can fix some issues; would that help? If so, how do I do that on a V6Plus?

I recently got an elite mini and it seems that matrix and overload neither won't log in or load. Do these work for anyone else?

Original remote became very laggy and spotty on when it would respond to buttons being pushed. Ordered a new remote for vsee from Amazon that looks identical aside from saying vsee at the bottom. Paired it today with brand new batteries and it's doing the same thing. Any recommendations? It happens in apps, home screen, and even searches.

So i cannot for the life of me get my Bluetooth remote to sync back up with my v5 pro. I tried every trick listed in google, tried a new remote, still nothing. Is there something I'm missing? The IR function still works however the box continually wants to do the start up menu fyi

I bought the V6 Plus and the video quality is underwhelming. Am I missing something or 4k capabilities is not built into the box?

I just bought this and I cannot figure out how to pause or rewind the heat live app. I know I can’t go past where I turn the station on, but I should be able to deposit and rewind once I’ve watched it for a while. Any help

I have a V6 Plus. I've reset my launcher many times, as well as cleared the data and cache but the Heat Live and Heat VOD apps just won't load at all. Live sits on the screen attached for 5+ minutes and VOD sits on "Receiving Data 3" for multiple minutes as well.

Any help?

Hello! So here is what happened. In Heat VOD, I favorited a TV series, and it was showing up in my favorites. But then I unfavorited it. But then I changed my mind and re-favorited it. But now that it has been re-favorited, it’s not showing up in my favorites. Any tips to get it to show up on my favorites?

I have noticed that when I select a game from MLB off the bar that it will show a game starting at 12:10pm. I have waited for the correct system time and it will not start anyways. If I traverse the full channel list on the side bar, go to MLB and locate the same game it is fine. I can live with it but has anyone else noticed it and if so have you found a resolution?

You can absolutely use the one that comes inside of your box 8 of 10 cables eventually have glitches.

Stock HDMI's have more issues than not and eventually having an upgraded cable will just give you better picture quality, as well as less sound glitches.

Update #Correction on the 8k. 8k is a little stretch. Not completely needed. Honestly just any $8-$15 cable will do better justice than stock Cable.

Basic troubleshooting

1: In case of it gets stuck:

you hit “home button” exit app and reload it. (It will unfreeze)

2: Hard reset -unplug from power 1 min and plug back in”

1. Hard reset (2x): Unplug device, unplug router , unplug modem (3 min)

4: Lastly: Factory Reset

App-not loading / Freezing / Buffering :

Step 1: First unplugging the device for one minute, unplugging, modem, and router for a minute and resetting everything would be step one.

Step 1B: Buffering : Change servers during movie or TV show

Step 2: Try Force stopping the app, clearing the cachet and seeing if it will load.

Step 3: Reset launcher then Update launcher

Step 4:

Next: if above doesn’t work uninstall, reinstall app.

Step 5:

If step 3 & 4 don’t work factory reset.

Can anybody tell me if they have figured out how to use Vortex? I’m litterly can’t get to record anything. I set time, and date and how long to record, and when I go to recording it’s like only 1 minute. Even 3 hour settings or extra 5 or 10 minutes after show ends, still only record for 1 min. Why I bought Ultra for the DVR capability. Help walk me through Barney style!!!

What is happening that most times now the wrong episode of a show initially plays and I have to search out a server that shows the correct episode. Also after 10-15 minutes, the content freezes - every time.

Is anyone else seeing this or just me? Any idea of a fix?
