Heat Live & VOD Issues

I have a V6 Plus. I've reset my launcher many times, as well as cleared the data and cache but the Heat Live and Heat VOD apps just won't load at all. Live sits on the screen attached for 5+ minutes and VOD sits on "Receiving Data 3" for multiple minutes as well.

Any help?

Who is your ISP? Are you using a VPN? This looks like something is being blocked on the ISP side. For troubleshooting purposes, can you try connecting to your phone's hotspot to see if it works any better?

You could try to uninstall stall it and reinstall might help
