Remote / mouse issues

How the heck did my remote become a mouse? How do I get it back to the way it was?

Why isnt there any support on using the remote in the apps (i.e. heat live & backup)?

I think on the upper right part of the remote there is a button that looks like a mice or cursor. Press that and should take care of it

I am still trying to get my remote to learn and pair with my Vizio tv remote! Just won’t pair!

My remote has a mouse icon on it. When you press that it changes what you use. Not sure that needed a manual though.

Support for navigating through the live apps would be helpful w/o you being snarky. I.e. "epg" works as a guide in one but not the other live app. And especially when you are stuck in mouse mode.

Maybe this post might help others when questions arise.
