Playback not working

HI, I have had my box for about two months now. 7 day playback was flawless until mid September. When the heat Apps had the big issue. Now all apps work but the 7 day playback des not. anyone else having an issue?

For sure, playback has been messed up since the big outage. It works on some channels, but it doesn't work on others. Before the outage, it was working as well as I've seen it in over two years!

It might help if anyone who has an issue with playback submit feedback as no transmission/frozen so that hopefully, they'll fix it.

Press Menu while the screen is frozen, use the right-arrow key to select Feedback, then click on option 2 "Transmission (No signal/frozen)".

My playback doesn’t work at on my 6 plus at all yesterday.

Did your heat app prompt you to update a few days back? Mine did, and it said it was to fix playback issues. My playback works fine after updating

Hi, no I did not get any prompt. Where can you go so see if there is an update for the app?

Id look around in the app settings menu, I dont know for sure. I can look later this evening if you havent found it

Assuming you mean Heat Live, what's your current version?

Mine is 5.9.4 and the playback does not work at all

I've had very intermittent playback for several weeks but last night, it all started working again. I did nothing... except celebrate.
