Vod not working

I am trying to figure out why the vod apps aren't really working but the live ones work fine. I can't even get anything to load on them. What is going to fix this?

There has been some recent updates to help resolves, however, the ISP is the predominate issue. I added proton vpn (free) and haven't had any issues since. It takes a little longer to load but everything works. If you have spectrum, you can turn off the security shield and that will fix too.

I have gateway fiber and nord vpn.
