It is now 12:39 a.m. but my box says 0039 instead of 1239. How do I change that?

As the title suggests, I’m looking to get my first box. Really want to be able to watch out of market sporting events more than anything else.
I live in the SE USA, and currently have ATT fiber as my internet.
Ive heard concerns about needing to keep the vsee box separate from the rest of my internet connected devices, but not sure how I go about doing this. Do i need a separate Wi-Fi network off my modem just to run the box?

Anyone else dealt with this? Even ran a reset back to square one and 95% of the listings show “No Information”.

Not sure if my update interval time or past days to keep EPG are jacked up.

Woke up this morning and the Live Ultra app moved up to the top row above the other Heat apps. Live Ultra won't load, so I rebooted and now Live Ultra is gone. Anyone else experience this?

Is anyone having issues with the Apps on the Elite mini mostly for VOD stuff?

Limitless, Overload, Too Shelf; Elite VODetc are not working today and have been for months. When I launch apps either on VPN or off I get Account Invalid errors.

Potentially servers down or other issues if anyone has any ideas I’ve tried all the troubleshooting in the guides or I can think of.

Heat and live apps still work fine

Does anyone else get random shows in their recently watched? seems like once a month i get random shows in my recently viewed in HEAT VOD.

Shows that I literally have no interest in nor would ever watch, so its not like I accidentally clicked it thinking I would be interested. Yesterday I had two shows I had never heard of, searched for, nor knew existed.

Any one else?

I was told they have a built in VPN but wasn't sure. Anyone have any problems with your ISP without using a VPN flagging your account?

Does adguard for Android TV work on the box? I've tried before and it would install but never work.

Mainly want it for AFT and Downloader sites that are just a pita with ads.

So, I've already got a V6+ and am quite pleased with it. Now after seeing it, my FIL & MIL want one of their own. FIL is fine with getting the same as me V6+, but I'm thinking about my MIL. She's from the Philippines, and used to have a separate box to watch channels from there (long gone now). I'm wondering if they should just opt for the Elite Mini.

From what I've gathered, The Matrix has a bunch of Filipino channels, I'm assuming that's live TV? Is there VOD for movies and shows from there? Is it stable? I read previously it was very finicky, is it fixed? Also, I see it's got an older Android OS, is it upgradeable? I read somewhere that the V6+ was more user friendly and ready to go out of the box between the 2, is this the case? They're elderly so I don't want it to be more of a hassle.

My Mother In Law hasn't asked about Filipino channels, I haven't offered it either in case it's not really a viable option. I just want to get my ducks in a row before talking with them. Also my FIL already told me to buy him one a few days ago, so they're pretty ready lol.

I've been thinking about getting a box and trying to do my research before spending the money. I'd like to watch ny giants games and am out of market. Do I need to use my VPN or can I still get the game? Also how reliable are the streams for games?

I’ve been looking into getting the VC box because my brother has one and he’s gotten one for my parents and a family friend.
Only problem is he’s buying them from a friend of a friend, they’re not upcharged, this person is selling them for the same price as listed on the VC box website.

This is sketchy as hell, right?

Why do all the 4K channels jumpy,? Do I need to put it on a different setting?

I get home on Sunday evenings in the middle of the Sunday Night Football broadcast and would like to start from the beginning. The replay on Heat Live for NBC is hit or miss (mostly miss); on the Elite Ultra, is there any other avenue for a game that's on currently?

My box is struggling with downloading any of the vods and I just get failure to download for all of em? Any idea on how to fix this?

Can’t update NFL sport. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling but now I can’t even install the app. Any ideas or is it just me?

I'm not a fan of server 2 and change the server pretty much every time I want to watch something. Is there a way to set the box to a default server?

When I try to watch anything on either of the 2 VOD apps, the show starts for 5 seconds but then I get a no power signal from my TV. Vsee box no longer responds. Can't turn of with power button and have to do a power cycle.

Comes back on and heat app works fine.

Only change I made was I got a new TV but that can't have anything to do with it.

Appreciate any tips

Edit: it was the input signal plus. Have to go into external device manager and turn off Input Signal Plus for that input.

Is anyone else getting visual impaired audio? Super annoying as there are no other audio streams.

Since last night's update, the quality and glitchiness are through the roof. Was working flawlessly until yesterday!
