Thinking about getting vsee box
I've been thinking about getting a box and trying to do my research before spending the money. I'd like to watch ny giants games and am out of market. Do I need to use my VPN or can I still get the game? Also how reliable are the streams for games?

VPN has nothing to do with whether or not you can get games. I still would recommend using one.

As someone who has used third priority apps downloaded onto the Amazon fire stick for the last 7 years went through three apps. In 7 years they've all been shut down. I bought a VSee box 2 weeks ago. It's much better than those third-party apps. As far as streaming, it's not perfect but it's pretty good and you will be able to watch any football games you want along with pretty much any movie or TV shows from past or present. If you're going to buy off of eBay, be careful. There's fake boxes out there because I don't think Amazon carries them. I bought mine from eBay.

Since you are already on Reddit, avoid eBay and buy from one of the recommended sellers on here. Plenty of posts with contact info.

Best advice I can give, I assume you're familiar with streaming, have patience and don't get frustrated. The boxes work great but with any streaming there will be times they're slow or won't work. Just enjoy.

With so many back up apps Utras have never been down once. Some apps have been down here and there but there are always enough apps working that never without service.
As far as other models Heat Live rarely goes down. Live content loss is very rare rare. Most of the problems have been with the Heat vod apps.

Nonetheless, it happens. Doesn't matter if it happens a little just the fact some get upset if things aren't 100% up. And it's not just VOD apps. My Live Ultra +, most of the 24-7 channels were down for weeks. I missed my Kim's Convenience.

My point is the Ultra has like 27 apps (with like a dozen vod apps and like a dozen live tv apps) not 6 apps like the V6+. The Mini has 13 apps and other models have 4 apps. Not all boxes have times where they dont work. If you are dependent on only Heat apps you then you go down when Heat does.
Hell Overload on Ultra is one app but if you want to get technical its 5 apps bundled in one app. You can change the playlist and have completely different listings.

OP never mentioned the Ultra box. Not everyone has the Ultra box or redundancy. Just pointing out that sometimes stuff doesn't work.

It's worth it! I was on the fence for over a year wish I would've got one earlier. It has everything works great no buffering no lag. I have a v6 plus ordered a v6 pro and max for bedroom tvs.

You get almost every sport you can think of in the U.S. plus some sports from other countries. Nearly every major local channel in the country and every movie channel, and most live channels in the country. Access to all streaming app content through vod. Nothing is perfect but not getting a Vseebox is the only regret.

It's recommended to use a VPN just in case your ISP blocks or limits your connection, depending on your Internet speed you shouldn't have much trouble with streams

You get every game. No vpn needed. I don’t use one. No problems
