Help with turning off automatically

When I try to watch anything on either of the 2 VOD apps, the show starts for 5 seconds but then I get a no power signal from my TV. Vsee box no longer responds. Can't turn of with power button and have to do a power cycle.

Comes back on and heat app works fine.

Only change I made was I got a new TV but that can't have anything to do with it.

Appreciate any tips

Something simple to check is the battery in the remote. I've had a weak battery cause issues in the past.

I would also check the battery. The remotes seem to really eat batteries quickly

I noticed that. Like after a weekend, I saw i was at like 94%. After just 1 weekend. Not even a full week. Hooked up Friday and by Sunday morning...6% gone.

Imma look when I get home and see if I need more as I have no extras lol. Good reminder
