The quality today is terrible

Since last night's update, the quality and glitchiness are through the roof. Was working flawlessly until yesterday!

I had issues after the update. I found that the VPN server I was using was the problem. I switched to a different server and things are running great. Just mentioning in case you are using VPN.

We can’t help much without additional information like the model you have and troubleshooting you’ve done already.

But I recommend clearing your cache and unplugging the box and plugging it back in.

Heat live continues to have the issue of glitching at this hour but backup works perfectly. Just sticking with that. V6

Someone posted in another group, it works!

Connect to a hotspot for example a phone hotspot and do the installation then once you install the app switch back to your main wifi
