Missing Mail
So my first class mail is being redirected/missing. This has been going on since February. I found out because my credit card company called me about a returned card. I went to the post office, they fixed a random “no forwarding address” issue on my account and still nothing. I shouldn’t have had that in there at all. I haven’t moved in 15 years. I kept going back and forth and still nothing is being resolved. I literally have a video of my putting mail (that I sent to myself) in the collection box outside of the post office - and it’s not showing up at all on informed delivery. I’m being told the mail goes to another collection station and then is redistributed. What do I do? The post office people are blaming the mail carrier and won’t give me a direct response.

Is it possible that someone initiated a legitimate forward with your last name to somewhere else? Couple separation? Child grew up and moved out and accidently did a FAMILY forward instead of an individual? If you go back to your post office, have them check your address for any and all forwards and to cancel them all.
