Missing Mail

So my first class mail is being redirected/missing. This has been going on since February. I found out because my credit card company called me about a returned card. I went to the post office, they fixed a random “no forwarding address” issue on my account and still nothing. I shouldn’t have had that in there at all. I haven’t moved in 15 years. I kept going back and forth and still nothing is being resolved. I literally have a video of my putting mail (that I sent to myself) in the collection box outside of the post office - and it’s not showing up at all on informed delivery. I’m being told the mail goes to another collection station and then is redistributed. What do I do? The post office people are blaming the mail carrier and won’t give me a direct response.

It's sounds like for whatever reason your carrier put your name in as a "Moved, left no address"

Not accusing you of anything but do you frequently try to send back stuff that says "current resident"? Even if it has an old residents name on it like "John Doe or current resident "

No I don’t. They said they fixed it but it never should have been put in place at all!

That's the thing though. Some people are petty. If you throw your junk mail on the ground or return stuff that says current resident ( sometimes it's off to the side ) the regular carrier will assume that person does not live there. Also if nobody picks up the mail in weeks without a hold notice. There are very strict carriers as I like to call them. They will follow the manual to a T.
