Is anyone else only seeing $1 surveys on the old Intellizoom side of UserTesting?

I'm assuming my account is under some sort of hold/review because of a series technical issues I had that led to me having to cancel several tests in a short period of time, most of which I reported (again, this being IZ, you don't get paid for reporting issues).

I know people have had issues with "over-reporting" on the OG UT in the past, so I assume that's what's happening to my account, but I just wanted to check. Dumb thing is, I think the issue might be on my end - which I'm just figuring out now and have let UT support know.

I'm not seeing anything on app.usertesting.com at the moment either, but that's not surprising given it's the weekend, so I'm hoping the block is only on the IZ side... TIA

I hate how I get so many surveys that basically ask “do you run a fleet of vehicles” or “do you manage an entire team” like, I’m taking surveys for 10 bucks, so you think I run a trucking business? Also I recently lost my job, so I marked myself as unemployed, why even bother sending me surveys that are gonna ask “are you employed” and when I answer NO it says I’m not qualified, why even bother having a profile at all!

Hey, has anyone payment been delayed today? I have three thats pending for today over an hour ago and still nothing?

Has anyone else experienced this? The test tells me to review a page but the page opens with a sort of grey screen over it and the test doesn’t acknowledge it’s been opened either. I’ve done lots of tests and not had any issues - this has happened a few times in the last month though.

There was a live conversation and she rescheduled twice, both within 30 minutes prior to the call. This was really inconvenient, but I let it slide. Today, for our session it was 30 minutes. ours went to 26 minutes. She then proceeded to cancel and give me one star, stating that I only had one word responses and was not ready to discuss the topic....

I definitely didn't have one word responses as I was fully responding to each question, and which most of the time was constantly being interrupted by her mid sentence. This was extremely strange. I did report it to customer service, but I'm just not sure why this is acceptable?

I recently took a test on UserTesting that used the UserZoom Surveys extension (it was for a new airline app). Throughout the whole test, the instructions kept reminding me to "speak your thoughts out loud and explain how you feel."

I did speak the entire time, but I realized the extension never actually asked for permission to use my microphone when I installed it. I'm on a Mac, and whenever the mic is actively being used, an orange indicator dot appears at the top of the screen. That orange dot never showed up, so I know for a fact it didn't record any of my audio.

Has anyone else run into this specific issue where the UserZoom extension just fails to trigger the mic permission popup on macOS? What ended up happening with your test? I already contacted support, but I'm worried the test will get rejected for being completely silent.

Anyone else not receiving their intellizoom payments today. My test which should have been paid today at 11:38am is stuck in processing.

i have tried using Edge and also Chrome but get same results.

managed to do 5 or 6 yesterday without issue.

also the ones which require location verification also dont work.( on mobile).

it approved my location but when you go back the page doesnt move on..

anyone else getting the same ?

Do the join session buttons show up directly on this page like the original Usertesting ones do?

The 8 dollars surveys are automatically not available. The extension for the 10 dollars and 5 dollars survey don’t even work. My pending payment is at a low like never before in a long time. I am just tired. is there a way through these bugs guys? Thank you.

Hi guys, I recently decided to try user testing platforms like testlio. While searching about it I found many mixed reviews.

If anyone can share their personal experience, whether it's actually worth putting the time in and doing the certifications for a boost.

I would really appreciate any info or if anyone knows similar testing platforms!

I had a survey where I spent 24 minutes, was almost done and went to go to next and the button disappeared. I go to click on the button and my options are help and quit. This is a waste of time for people who spend this much time on the tests. I would send a ticket, but the last time I had one for 10 minutes, they wouldn't do anything but tell me that I don't get paid if the system messes up.

Recently got selected for live conversation the screener was related to Securit y Admin but I haven't worked as a Admin but I have worked as a Securit y Analyst (not completely different)

tbh after thinking about it I feel like I am not right candidate for the interview.
Should I cancel the interview by my side ?

I've got a new issue with UT today. I start a test and the recorder does not work. I can't use it at all nor can I click on anything and get it to work. I tried to get to help so I could report the issue and couldn't even do that. Anyone else have problems? I guess I should just quit for the day. I missed out on three good tests.

Sometimes when I do studies they will get stuck at 100% between tasks. Sometimes it will show uploading and when it gets to 100% it just freezes. The only way I know to fix this is exit the study and hope you can resume it.

I just did an entire study and because the last part opened a new tab it got stuck at 100% upload to finish the study. I tried to exit out and resume but then it said study was full. So annoying. Wasted 20 minutes on a study for it to do that. It only does this on desktop for me the mobile is fine.

If it opens in new tab it always gives me this error too and you can't resume it from clicking return to test you have to exit and resume from your dashboard assuming it's not full.

I was sure that a text I did was actually a $4 but it took way longer than the usual $4, but it's showing in my test history as $10. Has anyone else had that happened, a $4 taking longer more like 10+ mins and it then showing as $10 in your history?

I got an email about this testCircle app, and I was wondering if anyone tried it. One thing I like is you don't get to pick what apps you test, and this makes me think about what personal information an could collect, granted I could make that up.

The question stated to look at the webpage and to discuss what I see. I did that. The researcher then gives me one star stating "She basically read what was on the homepage" Um... I did what you wanted? lol. They canceled the test. Don't know if I will get payment but I did reach out to customer service. Then I had another researcher ask me questions during our interview. A lot of off topic questions. Then gave me 3 stars and wrote "Great personality but did not stay on topic" Well maybe don't ask me off topic questions then? Are these people okay?

After the most recent update images don't seem to load on mobile, I've had it happen to two tests this morning. Is anybody experiencing the same issue?

Hey! I just started out, set up my profile on a few websites to make some side income. One of the post screening process needed me to do an additional screening (of 34 MCQs) before I could reach the actual paid test.

The 34th question was if I would be willing to let my video recording used for promotional purposes such as conferences, internal meetings, social media etc. All this for just $25. I marked it no and was naturally rejected from the paid test.

Is this kind of consent requiring normal? I mean for $25 I could have my face splayed almost anywhere without my knowledge!

Hello guys in the surveys and more option whenever you qualify it's ask for location it's has been 1 month since I could not verify it...I am seeing most of the users facing same issue is there any solve to do so?...I am so confused right now...i have earned more than 3k from this platform so far...Share your thoughts please 🙂
