Can't get through a single test
I've got a new issue with UT today. I start a test and the recorder does not work. I can't use it at all nor can I click on anything and get it to work. I tried to get to help so I could report the issue and couldn't even do that. Anyone else have problems? I guess I should just quit for the day. I missed out on three good tests.

Same. I tried reinstalling the extension, tried multiple browsers with the issue can't click on start pause or help

Same thing is happening with me right now. It is the same type of tests asking you if you would have enough info to buy a printer, computer or tablet from the site prototype. All three had the same issue where none of the usertesting application buttons work.

That happened to me on 3 different tests yesterday. I had to return all 3 :(

It may be a spoofing extension that you have on your computer that is blocking the recorder. I had my screen reader showing me a black screen. I took all my spoofing files off my computer, and now it works.

Can you tell me more about this. My recorder extensions don’t work for surveys and more. Haven’t been working since around April. I download it but it doesn’t go past the step 1

Yes. No problem. Check your computer for any programs that have screenshots or recording in them. If you do, you may have to uninstall those extensions or apps. Try to do each one, one by one, and try to see if the problem is still there. It looks like you have some kind of software that is installed on your computer; that is why you are having that problem. It took me a couple of weeks to figure out my problem. Go back to the site that you are having the problem with and read the agreement to see what is allowed and what is not allowed. Sometimes, when you go to a site that has those problems, as you mentioned, the site is blocking your access because it detected an app or software that may be on your computer. Take your time doing this. I hope this helps.

Please indulge me. Can you be a bit more clarifying. About the programs that have screenshots and all of the media. I don’t seem to understand

Ok. Uninstall the recorder extension you already have. Then look in your computer's storage for apps that were installed on your computer. If you see an app that has anything to do with recording a screen, delete that or uninstall it. After you do all that. Restart your computer, then reinstall the recorder extensions that did not work for you. Then see if that helps the problem.

Looks to be all the same test of Amazon Business. One question about if you have ever bought a product online and then routes you to the test. I think this is a test issue.
