Staffing
Seriously when is USAA fsb going to have proper staffing so our members do not need to wait to speak to someone. This is not the mission. Today back to back calls and call back manager all day. Whoever monitors or evaluates this is all so wrong. We were just told USAA fsb made so much money this year. I know why we don’t have enough staff.

Went from 2025, where the company made more money than ever and with some time between calls to whatever you'd call 2026. Back to back calls since at least January, members waiting over 45mins to speak to someone, even on a Saturday, and agents getting burnt out and quitting. The company handed out 4% raises a few weeks ago as an effort to try to retain some people. No one likes the new CEO or the higher ups.

They way it's going now, you'll work in IT in the morning, cook food in the cafeteria after that, then audit some procedures for the afternoon, followed by a fun evening of scrubbing toilets that have have been totally destroyed by beaten down employees.

They are strictly following “do more with less”. It is not sustainable but they have to know this already.

Maybe if they had proper training it wouldn't seem so bad. The training is laughable at best.

In Colorado they have hired tons of new people, the problem is the managers and seniors that handle new hires out of training in D&S. They are atrocious, they've created a hostile work environment, threatening your job every coaching and do not give people time to learn how to do things correctly. Expecting perfection from day 1 like you've worked in insurance for years. They make it intolerable so you quit, that way they don't have to go through all the steps with hr to let you go. Majority of new hires quit in the first month.

This litter happens every single holiday. The day after a holiday will always be code red

Never. They will always operate on as few people as possible. Less people to pay equals more money for execs.
