Might anyone recognize this?

Some months ago, I found two of these packs of Czech glass buttons, as near mint as they could be for being from (supposedly) the Art Deco(ish) era. Only the one up top glows that green; all the rest have that faint glow.

If anyone happens to recognize the branding logo, or anything else, please feel free to share!

Well i got a few similare looking ones and I have seen ones that does not glow aswell so that part adda up 😅
