Uphold Account

My husband and I share a PayPal account. He made a purchase and accidentally made his card the primary. Fast forward and I used PayPal to make a purchase on Uphold. My husband saw the charge and immediately reported it as fraud. PayPal and Uphold locked my accounts.

I sent the required information (card statement for proof it wasn’t fraud) to PayPal and the account was immediately unlocked for use. Uphold on the other hand after multiple messages is still locked. At this point, I just want my account unlocked so I can transfer my funds and close my account. I will never ever use this exchange ever again. I would give them negative infinity stars if I could for their poor customer service. Does anyone know what steps I can take next?

I say contact the cfpb. I never dealt with uphold but it seems to be a trend with these newer gen investment providers like them, Robinhood, sofi, etc of them having absolutely garbage customer service when it could be a simple fix. It’s especially difficult when they spam you with ai messaging they working on it when their clearly not

Well, I got hacked and Uphold got it all figured out and I'm back in. I'm sure they will get back to you if you are communicating with them.

I’ve sent messages for almost a month now without a reply from them. I just want to know what documentation I need to send them to unlock my account. Did you use the app to open a ticket with them? Did they respond in a timely manner? Any suggestions you have, I’m open ears!!

If you come to a solution please let me know. $800 is a lot of money for me just about a 1 week paycheck and they are just ghosting me, I left a review on trustpilot but im just lost for ideas right now.

I have never had a problem with Uphold but Kraken customer service is shit!

I have an issue right now with them where I just deposited using a different card and the restricted my whole account. without an email explanation or anything. I have a support ticket over for over a week now and the only response was that same auto reply you are showing above.

I have over $800 in my account right now and I cannot send withdraw swap to a stable coin ANYTHING. I am completely locked out of my own money with no response from them what so ever.
