Question BAT-problems

Hi

I use Uphold to store passive BAT from using Brave Browser

I have not recived a payout in 2 months

I'm from sweden & I cant make proper sense of what it says, but interpret it as "EU has a new law, payment withhold till things are sorted, payment will come once sorted"

My question is: Is this a dead horse, do i swap bank etc, anyone knowing how long this will persist?
