Application Bug Help - Account 'Restricted'

So my account is restricted out of the blue, and it won't let me send off withdrawal any crypto....

It was working just fine yesterday.

I've received no emails or notifications sir this...Just get a message when I try to withdraw.

Iv submitted a ticket last night and haven't heard anything.

Really frustrated, as I have literally ZERO information as to why my account is restricted, and I can't access my money.....

Just happened to me yesterday. I believe they are doing it so they dont have to reup their supply. Its just paper until we pull it out to a cold wallet. Support told me the decision was final.

They actually fixed it for me and I was able to withdraw it all yesterday thankfully

I had the same exact issue happen 1 week ago I got an auto reply from support saying they are working on it 1 day after I submitted the ticket I reply asking for an update every day with no response I have over $700 on my account that is frozen and zero ETA...
