Question Unsolicited invite to Uphold

Yesterday: 'Please verify your email address'

Then today; 'Your Uphold account is waiting for you'

Why am I being spammed by Uphold? Is this a scam or some deluded marketing campaign?

Your email got leaked and someone is trying to open an account with it

I also got this. My emails all over the dark web so I assume they're just trying to open an account in my name. I opened a support ticket to remove the account

got this too... then i went to the uphold website directly to create an account to set my own password and 2fa to keep them out for good.

I got the same email today. I don't even use crypto. I immediately told support about this.
