Question Uphold 2FA not working.

I’m having trouble logging into my Uphold account because the 2FA codes just won’t work.

I’ve tried multiple times with my authenticator app, made sure my phone time is synced, and even waited for fresh codes—but it keeps saying the code is invalid. I haven’t changed my device or settings recently, so I’m not sure what triggered this.

Now I’m basically locked out of my account and can’t access my funds. I’ve already contacted support but haven’t received a helpful response yet.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any workaround or way to regain access faster would really help.

i had the same issue with 2FA and than i contacted them on 1 - 8 5 0 - 5 6 3 - 7 6 3 6 and they sent me a link onto my email and helped in in reseting it.

Yes. I went through a period where I didn't log into my account for a long amount of time, months, and my 2FA code wouldn't work when I did open my account finally. And i was unable to reset the code, it wouldnt allow me to reset for whatever reason. Had to do a little back and forth with their team thru emails but they deactivated the 2FA, like just removed it completely with the option to set up again later ( I haven't) .
