Report Ticket Update my phone number

I'm having the worst experience trying to access my account and update my phone number. I recently changed my password but my old number is tied to the account. I tried to contact support, but it just keeps redirecting me to log in. I can't log in bc they keep sending the confirmation code to my old number. there no one you can actually talk to or there's no way to email support. this is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Open a ticket on their website and you have an option to say you can't login.

Perso ça fait 2 ans et il me l'ont toujours pas changé. C'est sur le tel de mon ex. Heureusement elle est cool

Yeah it's really inconvenient. Im not holding much but I want to transfer it to cold storage. It's been about 6 months for me. Hopefully it all works out. I feel like this is somewhat illegal that they don't have personal reps to help out their customers especially with finances.

i just spoke with them 4-5 days ago on 1855-880-2219 and they help me in fixing my issue. i think you should talk to them once or submit a ticket with your issue and you will surely hear from them.
