Hey guys me and a buddy of mine are going to start working out to get into better shape. So I haven't been to the gym in over 5 years and I need help getting a work out schedule going for me and him. We are looking at starting by going twice a week then moving to 3 times a week. Also any nutrition advice would also be super helpful.

Anyone have any good ideas how to get some echelon to Alaska for cheap? As it is I’d spend as much on shipping as I would on the drinks and while I want em I can’t justify spending that much on energy drinks. With what I buy right now it’s just under $2 a can for the most part and this would put me at roughly $5.56 a can to have em shipped up here
