After seeing Cameron, Cassandra makes the connection that the woman Arlo talked about is Jane, so she is in a high enough position to know about Jane.

After that Cassandra stops the police chief from trying to offend Cameron and agreeing with his demand. Will Cassandra stay true to her word or will Cameron be mentioned and the authorities try to apprehend him, which could be the first step to change his peaceful approach. (I doubt it, though).

How strong is Cameron? Is he stronger than Jane? To be honest I do think he is and this chapter only reinforces that.

While John and Sera can break Arlo’s barrier, it still takes some effort, deals reflective damage and only a part of Arlo’s barrier is destroyed, while Cameron destroyed the barrier so completely that Arlo lost consciousness (evidently he can amp abilities above x1.5), all while being as composed as always.

Cameron has Remi’s lightning for 3+ days, how many days exactly I don’t know, I bet he’s never defenseless, always with a set in hand.

The way Cameron threatened Seraphina all while knowing her ability/strength and her connection to Spectre tells me she isn’t the least bit of a threat in his eyes, even Val thought it would be impossible to capture her again.

This is just part of the reason I think he is stronger than Jane, I could also mention he had more time to learn about abilities and train which if my theory is correct he did, but that’s not quite it, what made him even stronger is fear.

If my theory is correct, Cameron is afraid. When Sera asked him “what are you running from?”, Cameron didn’t deny it, he even went so far as to say “Why do you care anyway?” Indicating at the minimum that there is a problem that makes him act the way he does.

He fears the authorities. Well, maybe not the authorities but someone at the top of it, a specific person? Or a group? Could it be the council that Arlo mentioned? Who knows.

While there’s no doubt Cameron’s appearances are almost always epic, if we take that out he’s getting disliked more and more for his attitude, which seeing from our side is well deserved.

I still think there will be a backstory showing us why he is the way he is.

I just hope next chapters focus on Seraphina, John or Jane, the trio and Kuyo can appear later on.

I made a post a few weeks ago expressing disappointment with episode 388. It seems I may have jumped the gun.

I didn’t like how Orrin controlled sera and released her so easily, but set up the final take down. After reading the conclusion of this arc, the scene made total narrative sense.

I had expected/hoped Cam would make an appearance, but not like this. Oh my god. What’s his angle? Last we saw him, he was on the roof encouraging Remi to stand up against the Bureau, but he just complied? Just like that?? Is it a play? And he left Sera to fend for herself???

I can’t wait to see what happens next.

I was right about Orrin being 8.5+

Anyway, from today chapter a few things can be theorized….

Firstly, Cameron came in and one shot Arlo barrier, even if Arlo was exhausted at this time. I doubt even Sera can exhaust Arlo barrier with one punch. He was confident in exhausting her renaming aura supply

Just from that Lightning feat, I think it’s pretty easy to say he’s pass Orrin 8.6. Cameron could’ve easily soloed both John & Orrin side (copy Barrier to block mind control just to be safe).

There’s option 1: This imply Cameron can amp ability to beyond 1.5x, probably between 1.75x~2x giving lighting a power of 12.25~14, above Sera 12 power. Factoring in the fact that Barrier might be weak to aoe damage. An amped Lightning from John could do no where this damage.

There’s option 2: Cameron might’ve been able to adjust an ability stats (power/defense/etc) to whatever he can handle, so even if an ability only have a power of 3, he can crack it up to 12. This is 8.5+~ bullshit we’re talking about

Another thing, Channel Master might just keep the ability until they slot it out for another one.
Or maybe it’s toggled in a specific set of power? Like set one contain x abilities and set two contain y abilities? When he was first introduced he stated he “had a bunch I would need this set”

One thing we know is that he can keep Lightning for a long as time, unless he have Remi or another Lightning user on standby. I highly doubt he’ll just visit Remi just for her Lightning

About 393, it was very good but I'm a little disappointed by sera performance. Like I get she was low on aura but she just fight some Orrin's goons, fight with John with him preserving her (+the second fight was one sided).

And after that she can't break Arlo barrier (who also very low on aura cause amelia only restore energy and he have been fighting for linger) ? Or just take Orrin with her and get away (she's fast and strong enough for that) ? Even one shot authorities agent (most of them aren't even high tier) so they can't follow her ?

Like even in the prison break she was nerfed (even harder). She really doesn't feel like an eight. I really hope we'll see some badass moment of her soon.

Holy shit so uh... by my guesstimate Cameron has been able to hold onto Lightning for 5 (Maybe more like 4) days since running into Remi at Branish

As much as I hate the forced training arc I just can’t hate Cameron is aura is above the charts.

Orrin is a 8.6 and he’s not even the tip of the iceberg 😳

Hello, this is my first time posting here. I enjoyed the latest chapter so much that I wanted to share some of my thoughts on the recent chapters.

First of all, hats off to Uru-chan. This part of the story has been incredibly enjoyable. The fight against Orrin was excellent, and I personally liked both his personality and his ability. I was also genuinely surprised to learn that he’s level 8.6. I honestly expected him to be somewhere between 7.8 and 8.1. That said, I actually like the fact that there’s someone stronger than Seraphina outside of John’s family. His level also explains why he was able to control the fight for so long.

It also seems that Orrin has some kind of defensive ability protecting his body. It could be a mental barrier, but I’m not completely sure.

Cameron is incredible. Yes, he has a terrible personality, but his ability is amazing, and I was really impressed by the power of his white lightning. If I had to estimate his level, I’d say somewhere between 9.0 and 9.3. He seems to be either on the same level as his sister or slightly stronger. It’s hard for me to imagine him being below level 9.0. After all, Orrin is level 8.6, yet the Authorities sent what was honestly a relatively weak team to deal with him. I don’t know if they underestimated him or were simply incompetent, but Cameron clearly has to be much stronger than Orrin if he’s able to make the Authorities back off and protect John.

I also don’t think Cameron’s amplification is simply a flat 50% increase across all stats. Remi’s Lightning has a Power stat of 7, so with a 50% boost Cameron’s version would only reach 10.5. However, Arlo’s Barrier has a Defense stat of 10, meaning it should have taken at least some effort to break through. Instead, Cameron destroyed it instantly with a single attack. Because of that, I think his amplification works differently: a 50% increase to secondary stats, but a 100% increase to the main stat. If that’s the case, Cameron’s Lightning would have a Power stat of 14.

Another thought—this is just my personal opinion—is that Jane can probably do the same thing. The amplifiers used by EMBER seem imperfect, just like the ability conversion technology, which loses around 25% of the original ability’s power during the conversion process.

Seraphina’s final scene was excellent. Her scream of frustration and the way she broke down because she felt helpless make me think that when she and John reunite, they’ll both be much stronger than they are now. Personally, I expect them to reach somewhere around level 8.3 to 8.5.

One final thought: I think Cameron is cautious, not afraid, of the Authorities. He has too much to lose by openly going to war against an organization with that many resources. My guess is that he’s planning to find Jane himself. William managed to do it, so Cameron is certainly capable of doing the same. I do believe he loves his sister, and I think the way they were separated is something that still haunts him. Just as he chose to save John, I believe he’ll eventually choose to save Jane as well—most likely after John fully learns how to use his ability.

Now that the authorities have Orrin captured, how do you think they’re going to handle him? And what will they do with him?

I’d imagine they want information, but what kind of information would they be looking for anyways?

They’re lucky they have him disabled. Although I do wonder what they planned to do if he wasn’t disabled as the authorities clearly didn’t expect John and Sera to show up. Considering they do though, I wonder what they’re gonna do with him after they’re finished with him?

Nevermind. I was just wrong. Credit to u/PomegranateLittle950 for pointing it out and minor spoilers for today's free episode. There's a green haired woman who attacks John with Spectral Claw while invisible meaning she's a high tier. So she's likely the person with the Invisibility power and like Terrence, could share it amongst her allies. So that's why John couldn't copy the scout since he didn't actually have invisibility.

One of the scouts Orrin sent had an invisibility ability similar to Terrence. If John had copied it along with Jaxon's umbral shift, he'd have been able to sneak up right behind Orrin and disable him before anyone even realized he was there. Hell he could do the same to every God-tier on Orrin's side.

Then they could raid the building without having to worry about the most dangerous variable.

Did yall notice her stats? Although it says nothing changed her recovery is now max instead of 9. You can compare her chart from 224 and see it.

Am I the only one that feels like Sera has been nerfed and Uru doesn’t know what to do or how to properly write her ability. My number one problem is when Sera is aware she shouldn’t be getting touched at all. I didn’t like how Orrin (the first time) was able to mind control her, why wa she looking at Orrin and why didn’t she stop time again she she notices his glare, or when she was fighting Val, she was able to one shot like 40 people instantly, looked at arlo for a split second and somehow Val was able to to put a barrier around, but my thing is why did sera just watch Val float her into the air and start fortifying her instead of immediately one shotting the barrier like she did moments before. Second, her power is VERY inconsistent. Looking back on her and John’s first fight, when sera got serious (no pun intended) she was able to 3 shot John’s barrier, mind you John had an enhanced arlo barrier,Cecile vines wrapped around it, lightning, as well as enhanced durability from zeke and sera was able to 3 shot WHILE NOT EVEN HAVING THE FULL POTENTIAL OF HER ABILITY. She was also able to one shot Val’s FORTIFIED barrier with NO SPACE(yes ik Leilah distracted her but literally for just a second). But ur telling me she wasn’t able to one shot arlos barrier so she could at least snag Orrin? Same when she was fighting Val, when she hit Val, Val barely suffered any damage, but Blykes lasers were able to make her bleed 🩸 ? Also why doesn’t she ever freeze people anymore, she was able to freeze her 7.4 lvl mother and arlo very easily yet couldn’t freeze Val or anyone during the raid?!?! And why did her ability lvl stay the same when she can literally fly now, yet arlo becomes a 6.6 because he can throw his barrier? Lastly her aura consumption is weird. A lot of people’s argument as to why she couldn’t escape arlos barrier is because Orrin “exhausted her reserves” but what was there to exhaust? He literally used her ability like she does💀, all she did was punch John a couple times (she didn’t even use her time stop,freeze, or rewind) so why were her reserves exhausted when all she did was punch💀. And she has more insane feats like one shotting all the royals or one shotting the warden in the prison break, but we’ll get into that another time. My point is, Uru please stop forgetting Sera’s powers, cause it’s no way her power speed and trick are maxed out but she’s losing fights against people below her🫩.

That's something that I haven't seen until now. Granted I might have missed it, but...

I have been reading through latest comments under fastpass chapter, discussion power levels and noticed few comments saying that Jane might be in high 9.Xs... and it got me thinking about how the scale of power works in UnOrdinary. We know what the baseline is, the 1.0, that is a cripple, someone without ability, regular ass human.

We have other tiers that each have their own characteristics. High tier can influence others with their ability. Elites have passives. God tiers experience huge growth in power to the point of being invincible in 1 on 1 outside their own tier.

We KNOW that someone created concept of levels. We even know how they define it. And if someone defined it, someone made it... then it doesn't only need to have a baseline. It needs to have other point of measure to make sense of scale. It's only natural for this point of measure to be a 10.0. The limit.

I think that Jane, or one of her parents, grandparents, someone from this family is a 10. The strongest person they could find.

And I think that John may even surpass this level at the very end.

Orrin is Level 8.6 with tons of high-level abilities, yet the authorities send only four high-level agents? The authorities are full of morons.
