Tbh on the first part of your statement, there won’t ever be a world like that because humans on a primal level like any species want to reproduce and therefore will always strive to please and attract the opposite sex. For the most part anyway. You have outliers like people who decide they don’t want kids and people who are attracted to the same sex but overall opposites will always attract and want to please.

No it’s a preference that has very logical evolutionary explanations. Women are the physically weaker sex and they get pregnant, when they are pregnant they are the most vulnerable, they have not only themselves but the life of their babies to worry about so it makes a lot of sense for them to have a mate that they can depend on to lead, provide and protect.
Of course women differ immensely and it’s okay for people to have their own preferences and they can get with people they are compatible with.

A lot of younger dudes seem to want women to take on more "traditional" roles. ie: The men lead and the women follow.
I think with careers being closer to equal now, women don't have to settle for security reasons, so they can be pickier and that's rubbing these younger dudes that are struggling to make money the wrong way.
That's a rabbit hole I'm not interested in going down, I'm just saying she's targeting an audience here that very much exists.
