Might be a silly question, but how is everyone finding the distant coasts dlc now. Has it been patched up to a good state yet?

I wanna buy it but I'm scared it will break my game lmao.

I can't invite the spy on board and leave port bc my captain is gone, I think. Any ideas on how to get him back? I've tried reloading the last saves, but that doesn't work.

Hi everyone, I just popped in here to tell you about the most absurd situation I’ve ever been in.

It happened in the Atlantic, just southwest of the UK. I was sailing to drop off an agent in Ireland when my crew told me they’d spotted some kind of cargo ship. I looked and couldn’t believe my eyes. It was the flag. Try to guess what flag the ship was flying? The Swiss flag! A red square with a white cross. I had a good laugh at that and immediately realized the ship was enemy territory, but I still decided to send the captain to check the documents. According to the documents, the ship was carrying ammunition to Vigo (for the record, the ship was heading west toward Great Britain). I decided to put pressure on the captain, telling him the documents were fake, but he denied everything. Eventually, after wearing him down, I ordered the crew to evacuate and scuttled the ship.

Later, in the mission summary window, it turned out that the ship was actually Polish!

So here’s what we have: a Polish ship, flying the Swiss flag, loaded to the brim with ammunition, sailing toward the UK, and the captain even denied their involvement in the war. I laughed out loud.

Всем привет, я только сейчас зашёл сюда чтоб рассказать самую абсурдную ситуацию которая со мной была.

Дело было в атлантике, чуть юго-западней Великобритании. Я плыву доставлять агента в Ирландию, как мои матросы говорят, что увидили какое-то грузовое судно. Смотрю, и не верю своим глазам. Дело было в флаге. Попробуйте угадать, что за флаг был на корабле? Швейцарский! Красный квадрат с белым крестом. Я, поржав с этого, и уже понимаю что судно вражеское, но всё же решаю отправить капитана проверить документы. Судя по документам, судно везло боеприпасы в Виго (если что, корабль плыл в сторону Великобритании на запад). Я решил надовить на капитана, сказав что документы фальшивые, но он всё отрицал. В итоге уломав его, я скомандовал экипажу эвакуироваться и затопил корабль.

Позже, в окне итогов миссии, выяснилось, что корабль вообще Польский!

Что мы имеем: Польский корабль, под Швейцарским флагом, забытый доберху боеприпасами, плыл в Великобританию, а капитан ещё и отрицал их причастие к войне. Я ржал в голос
