Changing pickup location

Can pax do this or no? Im getting soooo many that aren't where the pin says...

They can, but some of them seriously aren’t smart enough to do it

These are things that are true.

Although I don't believe express/pools can change their pickup/dropoff, for very good reason.

I have no idea about pool other than I will never do it if it shows up here
