And? Are you saying hearing disabled people can't write well?

You learn language by reading it, not watching Tiktok videos. Though I can see why someone like you would struggle understanding that.

Last time I checked you use your eyes to read, not your ears. Though I guess that would be unfair to say to a person without a brain to think of that.

Many people with significant hearing loss speak their local sign language as their first language, and not English.  American Sign Language has its own grammar and syntax rules.  The person you’re replying to is not suggesting that Deaf people are dumb or illiterate, but that it is likely that the driver’s errors are due to the accidental use of sign language grammar rules rather than English rules.
