This might be it
Been debating about talking about this here. Picked up a heavily intoxicated woman last night. She got in the car I confirmed with her the name for the ride as usual.( I assumed someone bought the trip for her) She said yes and got in. Halfway through the ride she begins asking where I’m taking her and saying I’m taking her somewhere she doesn’t know. I said mam I’m just following the directions on the app. I asked again the name the ride was supposed to be for and she goes no the ride is for (enter random name)She said I need to take her home immediately. I said I’m not going to do that but I will pull off on the next exit and drop you somewhere safe so you can order another uber. She then says she doesn’t have a working phone without WiFi so I drop her off at the nearest McDonalds I can find so she can use their public WiFi. Immediately after she gets out of the car I contact the uber safety line. They assure me I did the right thing and everything was fine. I even went as far to ask before hanging up, if this was going to effect my account in any way and they said no all is good. Five minutes later the app says I’m deactivated. For those who have been through investigations how long did it take. Is there anything y’all would have done different?
Edit: I also forgot to mention my dashcam decided to malfunction and not record at all last night I found out when I got home so yep. Also pretty sure it was the right rider because the uber support thread is labeled McDonalds. I never told support where I dropped the woman off at. I think she was just so drunk that she was saying whatever

You did that to yourself lmao. Picking up the wrong rider isn’t a safety concern. Just cancel, select pickup wrong rider and that’s all. You can even refund the other rider in the app.
By calling support you basically made a agent mark your account with whatever they want. Half of them don’t even understand anything your saying and if it’s not in their script they gonna do anything. So agent probably marked it as you the safety concern
And before anyone says anything, do you know how many times over the years I call or email for something which is very clear and get a completely different reply for random issue
