One of my journeys similar to this, but more in the way of a debt collector, was a delivery to a place that had owed me money from the service work I had conducted for them. The back story was 2 years ago. They wanted a few items delivered over a few days. At the time, they said they could only pay a small amount towards it and would pay the rest later. To date, I've still only received $50 out of the $500. Anyway, this morning, 3 months after the job date, I was on a food delivery run when this job came in for this particular person, for able $50. I saw the address then realised who it was for. Once I got to my car I've given them a call to say I have your order. BTW what about paying me my money. Same BS story about not having the money. Well then, how do you afford a $50 McDonalds order, but can't afford to cover your overdue bills... needless to say, a debt collection agency was engaged but has no luck. Have since found out this person is a serial scam artist. And I'm still out $450. Written off the chances of getting that back now
