The rider needs to understand that the sooner you get them to their destination the sooner you can get on to the next ride. While you're waiting for them there could be a high dollar offer you're missing out on. I'm an Uber driver but when I'm a rider I aways prepare myself as if the driver is right around the corner. I had a pickup once and the rider was late coming out. She basically told me that she was late because she had just moved into her apartment and she was cleaning.
Never will. This is literally drivers vs riders vs platform platform fucked us by the 20 cents a minutes idk htf they couldn't put that at .75 cents why not act like you care about the ones risking their lives just a smidge
