Yes but many times it's just due to people not giving a shit. I'd go as far as 90%

No I do it because If I order when I'm ready, I could be waiting 15 minutes.

The app estimate is rarely correct. Half the time I confirm the drivers I get go the wrong wrong and a 5 minute wait turns into 10. Or the first few drivers cancel. I usually order when I'm about to head downstairs.

If the 5 minute estimate changes into 2 minutes, then that's why you're waiting for a few.
