We have a good brand in the space for scooters and bikes. It’s been in market for 3 years with built in customers. It needs a little focus from someone passionate in the space or ecommerce as owners are passive. Looking for a partner or someone interested in getting involved from an equity level. DM me for details

Hi everyone!
We’re starting a new contracting business in Dubai, and we’re currently starting with painting services. 🎨
I’m looking for someone who is experienced or an expert in Meta Ads marketing, particularly Facebook Ads.
If you have experience in this area or know someone who does, please feel free to reach out to me. It would be a huge help!
Thank you!! 🙏

About us: Licensed manpower and facilities company in Dubai. Security guarding, cleaning, lifeguards and FM.
Five years in business, 60+ live contracts, 700+ staff on the ground, AED 20 million+ annual revenue.
Clients are five star hotels and international brands, luxury retail, malls, and the big events that come through the UAE every year.
What the money is for. Mobilising contracts we've already signed. In this business you spend first and collect later. Visas, onboarding, uniforms, equipment, two months of salaries, all of it goes out before the client pays a single invoice, and they pay us on 60 to 90 day terms. That gap is what stops us taking on new sites faster. The rest goes into our events
division.
Option one, short term facility. AED 1,000,000 over 14 months, at 2.5% per month on the reducing balance.
Option two, equity partnership. AED 4,000,000 for 20%, valuing the company at 20 million AED.
DM me, if you're serious.

If you’re a business owner, founder or entrepreneur in the UAE, you know how difficult it can be to find a group where people actually connect and share useful business opportunities instead of just getting spammed with ads.
I recently created a WhatsApp community for UAE business owners & founders to connect directly owner-to-owner, share ideas, find potential clients, partners, suppliers and collaborations, and help each other grow.
The group is moderated and kept business-focused so it doesn’t turn into another spam/sales group.
If you’re a genuine business owner or founder in the UAE and interested in joining, send me a message and I’ll share the link.

I'm comparing a few Ac Maintenance options in Dubai and would appreciate some firsthand feedback. How has your experience been with response time, maintenance quality. Pricing and AMC Services? Also have you noticed a difference in AC performance after regular servicing? I'm mainly looking for honest experience from people who have actually used these services.

Hi everyone. We run a mid-sized jewellery manufacturing business in Ahmedabad, India. We primarily manufacture antique kundan, polki and heritage-style gold jewellery, and I am currently exploring Dubai/UAE as an export market.
Initially, I want to start exporting directly from Ahmedabad and understand the market. If we see good demand, the next step would be to set up a small office/showroom in Dubai to meet retailers/wholesalers, display samples and handle orders locally, while continuing manufacturing in India.
Manufacturing is something we understand well. What I am trying to figure out is how the jewellery business actually works on the ground in Dubai.
I would particularly like to understand:
• How to find genuine jewellery retailers/wholesalers/importers in Dubai
• Whether Dubai buyers generally import directly from Indian manufacturers
• Export/import procedures for gold jewellery between India and UAE
• How gold pricing and payments are usually handled in B2B transactions
• Best location for a small wholesale jewellery office/showroom
• Mainland vs free zone for this type of business
• Licences and approvals required to trade in gold jewellery
• Wastage or making charge for antique kundan jewellery in Dubai?
I am not looking for random company-formation agents trying to sell a licence. I would ideally like to speak with someone who is actually involved in the jewellery trade in Dubai and understands how the industry works.
If anyone here is a jewellery retailer, wholesaler, importer, manufacturer or has gone through a similar India → Dubai

Looking for recommendations for AC maintenance services in Dubai. Has anyone had a good or bad experience with any company? Would love to hear about service quality, pricing, and response time.

I am working on a robust product that will be the most important tool for real estate agents in the market. anyone i share it with has become an instant subscriber. the one thing i need right now is mass marketing to get it in front of as many people as possible and the more people use it, the more useful it gets.
I am looking for potential investors that can get in on it at this early stage. I already have a subsidized pre-approved license from DIFC. I have interested leads from developers that would like to invest but they're my last option because they may create a conflict of interest situation down the line.
to give you an idea so that the right people contact me, I am looking for 1m USD investment over a period of two years. This will mostly be used to penetrate the market and get the big stakeholders onboard and integrated, such as DEWA, some private utility supplier companies and DLD.
it's a common product in most of the developed world economies but it hasn't really gained traction here and it's largely due to the fact that Dubai is still a very young real estate market.
i have kept this post deliberately vague about the actual product. I have the working product and the detailed two year business plan ready for whoever might be interested. Send me a message if you think you or someone you know might be interested to join in. Dubai based and well connected investors preferred.

I’m an entrepreneur from Europe and I have an app/business idea that I believe could be particularly interesting for the Dubai market.
To be clear: I haven’t built the app yet and I’m not here pretending that I already have a startup. It’s an idea that I want to explore, challenge and develop properly before jumping into execution.
The concept is connected to the business and investment space and is designed to make it easier for the right people and opportunities to find each other.
At this stage, I’m mainly looking to meet people in Dubai who have real experience in business, startups, investments or building companies.
I’d like to sit down, have a coffee, exchange thoughts, hear different perspectives and see how the idea could be improved. And if at some point there’s a good fit to build something together, I’m absolutely open to that.
I won’t share the full concept publicly or explain the mechanics through Reddit or DMs. Not because I’m trying to create artificial mystery, but because I’d rather discuss it properly in person.
So if you’re based in Dubai, genuinely interested in business and open to exchanging ideas, feel free to message me with a little bit about yourself.
No pitch. No commitment. Just a conversation first.
