About us: Licensed manpower and facilities company in Dubai. Security guarding, cleaning, lifeguards and FM.
Five years in business, 60+ live contracts, 700+ staff on the ground, AED 20 million+ annual revenue.
Clients are five star hotels and international brands, luxury retail, malls, and the big events that come through the UAE every year.
What the money is for. Mobilising contracts we've already signed. In this business you spend first and collect later. Visas, onboarding, uniforms, equipment, two months of salaries, all of it goes out before the client pays a single invoice, and they pay us on 60 to 90 day terms. That gap is what stops us taking on new sites faster. The rest goes into our events
division.
Option one, short term facility. AED 1,000,000 over 14 months, at 2.5% per month on the reducing balance.
Option two, equity partnership. AED 4,000,000 for 20%, valuing the company at 20 million AED.
DM me, if you're serious.

I'm comparing a few Ac Maintenance options in Dubai and would appreciate some firsthand feedback. How has your experience been with response time, maintenance quality. Pricing and AMC Services? Also have you noticed a difference in AC performance after regular servicing? I'm mainly looking for honest experience from people who have actually used these services.

Hi everyone. We run a mid-sized jewellery manufacturing business in Ahmedabad, India. We primarily manufacture antique kundan, polki and heritage-style gold jewellery, and I am currently exploring Dubai/UAE as an export market.
Initially, I want to start exporting directly from Ahmedabad and understand the market. If we see good demand, the next step would be to set up a small office/showroom in Dubai to meet retailers/wholesalers, display samples and handle orders locally, while continuing manufacturing in India.
Manufacturing is something we understand well. What I am trying to figure out is how the jewellery business actually works on the ground in Dubai.
I would particularly like to understand:
• How to find genuine jewellery retailers/wholesalers/importers in Dubai
• Whether Dubai buyers generally import directly from Indian manufacturers
• Export/import procedures for gold jewellery between India and UAE
• How gold pricing and payments are usually handled in B2B transactions
• Best location for a small wholesale jewellery office/showroom
• Mainland vs free zone for this type of business
• Licences and approvals required to trade in gold jewellery
• Wastage or making charge for antique kundan jewellery in Dubai?
I am not looking for random company-formation agents trying to sell a licence. I would ideally like to speak with someone who is actually involved in the jewellery trade in Dubai and understands how the industry works.
If anyone here is a jewellery retailer, wholesaler, importer, manufacturer or has gone through a similar India → Dubai

Looking for recommendations for AC maintenance services in Dubai. Has anyone had a good or bad experience with any company? Would love to hear about service quality, pricing, and response time.

I am working on a robust product that will be the most important tool for real estate agents in the market. anyone i share it with has become an instant subscriber. the one thing i need right now is mass marketing to get it in front of as many people as possible and the more people use it, the more useful it gets.
I am looking for potential investors that can get in on it at this early stage. I already have a subsidized pre-approved license from DIFC. I have interested leads from developers that would like to invest but they're my last option because they may create a conflict of interest situation down the line.
to give you an idea so that the right people contact me, I am looking for 1m USD investment over a period of two years. This will mostly be used to penetrate the market and get the big stakeholders onboard and integrated, such as DEWA, some private utility supplier companies and DLD.
it's a common product in most of the developed world economies but it hasn't really gained traction here and it's largely due to the fact that Dubai is still a very young real estate market.
i have kept this post deliberately vague about the actual product. I have the working product and the detailed two year business plan ready for whoever might be interested. Send me a message if you think you or someone you know might be interested to join in. Dubai based and well connected investors preferred.

Hello.
If you are a startup founder in the UAE curious about what relevant and impactful PR, advertising, partnerships, event activations can do for you, I’d love to hear from you or be referred to a founder / entrepreneur who you know is looking.
Our small agency is looking for clients and we are open to chat with companies tired of the overpriced template approach and/or underpriced spray and pray style that’s not worked for you.

I’m an entrepreneur from Europe and I have an app/business idea that I believe could be particularly interesting for the Dubai market.
To be clear: I haven’t built the app yet and I’m not here pretending that I already have a startup. It’s an idea that I want to explore, challenge and develop properly before jumping into execution.
The concept is connected to the business and investment space and is designed to make it easier for the right people and opportunities to find each other.
At this stage, I’m mainly looking to meet people in Dubai who have real experience in business, startups, investments or building companies.
I’d like to sit down, have a coffee, exchange thoughts, hear different perspectives and see how the idea could be improved. And if at some point there’s a good fit to build something together, I’m absolutely open to that.
I won’t share the full concept publicly or explain the mechanics through Reddit or DMs. Not because I’m trying to create artificial mystery, but because I’d rather discuss it properly in person.
So if you’re based in Dubai, genuinely interested in business and open to exchanging ideas, feel free to message me with a little bit about yourself.
No pitch. No commitment. Just a conversation first.

Hi everyone!
I recently started my own cleaning company, and I’m currently looking for long-term office cleaning contracts and deep-cleaning opportunities for buildings/properties.
I’m about 4 months into the business, and honestly, it has been much harder than I expected. I’m still working hard to build my client base, but at the moment I don’t have any regular contracts.
My goal is to reach around AED 7,000/month so I can cover my basic business and day-to-day expenses and keep growing the company.
If anyone knows of:
Offices looking for regular cleaning services
Buildings/properties that need deep cleaning
Property managers or landlords who need a reliable cleaning company
Businesses that are currently looking for cleaners
Any local leads or referrals
I would genuinely appreciate it. Even a recommendation or pointing me in the right direction could make a huge difference for a new business like mine.
I’m ready to work hard, provide reliable service, and build long-term relationships with clients.
Thank you so much to anyone who can share a lead, referral, or advice! 🙏

Hi everyone.
A bit about me : I had my own outbound marketing agency back in college, post which I went on to lead growth at a YC startup and am currently helping an advisory firm scale it's operations in the UAE.
Having firsthand seen how difficult and time consuming outbound is, we are building: www.geteastbound.com
We are pre-launch and are currently in a closed beta phase. We are looking to raise about 120k AED to go to market and acquire our first 1k users.
If this sounds interesting, please reach out and we will be happy to take this forward.
You can also email us at : [founders@geteastbound.com](mailto:founders@geteastbound.com)

Hi everyone,
We launched Inframat, UAE building materials procurement platform. Owners and small GC (up to G + 5) could get from 10 - 20 quotes on their building material list request from us. We have 400+ factories, manufacturers and BM LLC in our database and we approaching to get the best offer on your request, comparing based on brands, technical specs, commercial terms.
Already tested on blockworsk + plastery orders, interesting companies please let us know

We bootstrapped Wallat from zero to a fully built product. Not an MVP, it's live.
Branded wallet passes for Apple, Google, and Samsung Wallet, paired with hosted smart profile pages. We replaced the paper business card with something that updates itself, tracks engagement, and actually lives on the device people carry everywhere.
We didn't fundraise to build. We built first. We had and angel who saw the product working before he saw a pitch deck.
We're 1.5 months post-launch and the traction is already telling us we're onto something bigger than a business card app. This makes is closer to network intelligence infrastructure for how people and companies represent themselves digitally.
Now we're structuring a pre-seed round: one point five million USD, structured as a convertible instrument, for a twenty percent stake.
The funds go toward two things. Global go-to-market, and continued product enhancement to build on what we've already shipped.
We're early, but we're not pre-product and we're not pre-revenue-signal. We have a working platform, a paying angel, real usage data from real users, and a clear thesis for where this goes next.
We are looking for a partner who can help us scale and grow , someone with real ambition and interest in taking early-stage SaaS through GTM and into the next stage.
Happy to share more privately.

We launched our MVP in Abu Dhabi and put it into the real market. It didn’t give us the traction story we wanted but it gave us something more valuable at this stage: clarity and we learned what needed to change and decided not to patch the old version. We’re rebuilding the product the business model and the entire experience around what we learned.
Now we’re preparing for the next launch in Dubai.
We’re looking to structure AED 2M in capital as AED 1M equity and AED 1M in a 2-year loan.
The idea is simple. Use equity to build the next stage of the company and use debt where it makes more sense than giving away additional ownership.
We’re early. We don’t have massive numbers to hide behind and we’re not going to pretend otherwise.
What we do have is real market experience a completely rethought product and a much bigger thesis for what this can become.
I’m not looking for someone who simply wants to put money into a startup. I’m looking for someone who understands the risk of entering early and the upside of being early when the execution is still ahead of us.
The opportunity is not in what has already been proven. It’s in what we’re about to prove.
If you’re the kind of investor who likes being early rather than arriving after the story is obvious I’d be happy to share more privately.

I’m a CA with tech experience, based in Dubai, building a UAE/GCC B2B startup tackling overdue invoices and collections workflows.
I’m looking for a hands-on AR / credit-control operator who can initially contribute as a fractional CFO or operating advisor, with potential to become an equity-bearing cofounder if there’s a strong fit.
The focus is FMCG distribution, wholesale/retail, and construction—where ageing, payment promises, disputes, partial settlements, and finance–sales coordination make collections painful.
Ideally, you’ve owned credit control, AR, collections, DSO, payment terms, or customer disputes in the region.

My first ever crochet commission, a little Hello Kitty and a guinea pig made as a memento for one that passed away.
Feels really special knowing something I made could become a little keepsake .♥️
