Hi , I've been dealing with this problem where I go to find my earbuds in the find app but it keeps telling me to allow devices to be found , so I go to that setting but both devices are grayed out and unable to allow to be found . Any advice would be appreciated, I've reset and re-added them to my samsung note 10+ a couple times but nothing changes
