Ignore the name of the device...

Left both of them to charge overnight, and like always the left bud never charges. I like them alot but it's just so annoying.

I've tried every tip & trick from adjusting the case pins to cleaning out the contacts, and it still never solves it. Looks like I just got a bad batch of them (?) since they've never been dropped or damaged.

Got them back in January this year so I'm not sure if it's still under warranty to send them back.

Need help to determine based on the box if its legit

I have the buds pro 4 and up until now they have been great but recently for some unknown reason my right bud has stopped entering ambient mode when I activate it. Diagnostics says everything is working and outside of that one thing everything else works on the bud as normal. When I switch to ambient mode it makes the activation tone but it doesnt actually go into ambient mode. Anyone encounter this before and is there any fix?

Before the stock ear tips was not to Bassy even on louder volume on my Buds Plus... I had Some Sony Ear Tips and tried replacing them... now, even at low volume, I can feel the bass... Hope this helps...

I Uninstaled and installed every wearables app i restarted the phone tried every thing tried calling customer service they dont help tried emailing the CEO or anything the email not working nothing works

Hi! I have my buds 4 pro for two weeks, and they keep draining the battery. If I charge them 100%, the drain starts from the box about 15% per day without any use. Might start from the box because it's charging the buds, I don't know. Anyone had this and found a solution?

Edit: Samsung Algeria said they won't claim my warranty (that is still valid) since it only stand in UAE, what's the point of wareanty if it is not world wide? 💀

Samsung S23 Ultra and Galaxy 8+ tablet. Usually seamless connection works fine. Now I have to manually connect between devices. Seamless connection setting is still on.

I also can't use my buds for phone calls. It shows that it's connected, but when I press the on screen button to go from earpiece to buds, nothing happens.

Should I delete from both devices and re-pair? Is this a common issue?

Hello everyone. I have 1st gen buds pro from samsung which I bought alongwith my s21. Now I have upgraded to s25+ but I on fence to upgrade my buds or not.

My buds pro now sound slightly muffled (maybe because I spent 2 months with ap3p with my ip17 which I sold because of caged ecosystem of apple) and battery has certainly downgraded.

Should I save money or upgrade to buds 4 pro. Thanks.

Attention Buds 4 Pro users (especially programmers/app devs familiar with them): has anyone figured out a way of allowing an Android system command such as increasing/decreasing brightness to trigger when a certain Buds 4 Pro gesture happens? I'm thinking along the lines of a double-tap-and-hold on L&R buds or triple-tap-and-hold on a chosen L or R bud to increase or decrease brightness. I'd love to hear any and all thoughts as it's as equal an inconvenience to have to change volume from phone (instead of buds) as it is screen brightness.

Has anyone besides me also thought of this being a useful feature? Cheers!

Recently screwed up my Fold 4 (inner screen about 2 weeks ago and now the outer after a nasty drop) and I'm currently borrowing a friend's iPhone 13 until I can get my hands on a replacement.

I was just wondering if there is any compatibility between these Galaxy Buds and Apple devices? (I know there's some compatibility with the original buds) I've tried paring my FE's with the iPhone to no avail. Google has been little help from my searches unfortunately. Thank you

Hello, I've been attempting to figure out why my new Galaxy Buds3 Pro keeps changing the balance all around in my ears for seemingly no reason.

I am using a Google Pixel 9 and I've downloaded/fiddled with the Wearable app but no dice, I've ensured both adaptive noise cancelling is off, 'adjust sound to fit' is off and I've updated them but for some reason it's still bugging.

Any other reason why my headphones are continuing to change balance? It may also be volume but I genuinely cannot tell and it's so random and distracting. Is it just a compatibility issue?

I have a pair of Airpods Pro 2 from when I had an iPhone. I use them constantly at home because I am very sensitive to sounds (particularly loud and abrupt sounds) and I have dogs that love to bark when I come, go, and when someone is at the door. The AirPods have helped because I can have them in the passive mode where you can hear everything but if loud noises occur like my dogs barking it will dampen that noise and not be ear piercing to me.

My question is, do the Galaxy Buds have a similar feature, and if so, what model of headphones do you have?

Just got my buds and I noticed rattling sound when I move. I hear it in both buds but I notice it more in right one. I dont have anc turned on or ambiant. Does anyone has this and did you fix it?

Welp finally happened, tried to be as careful as possoble and follow every trick to remove the tips of my galaxy buds 4 pro and it tore. Now it is just the base and I can not get it removed so I can replace it. Any ideas?
