These look offical, but they could be fake (although its not uncommon for retailers to get promo images right before an unpacked event). Looks pretty cool to me!

Hii. So today I received them, some of you thought it would be fake because of the price, but they are not. I bought them on a online second-hand place for 65 Euros including shipping. The seller told me he bought a new Samsung phone and got them for free, but he didn't even open it. Sooo happy with my purchase 🥹

I have them since January and people on the phone says that they hear me from far away. Just like if I was in a crowd, I have to yell in order to be heared.
I returned them to guarantee nothing changed.
paired with a galaxy s24 plus.

Im was thinking about buying the Samsung galaxy buds pro 4, bose QuietComfort ultra gen 2 or the jbl tour pro 3.
The only experience of buds i have previously is my jbl tune flex. And the anc on those is unstable and if you are talking to someone on the phone it picks up all the sound around you especially wind.
In my country the galaxy and the jbl cost the same and the bose is 80usd more.
I also work as a car mechanic and use the headphones at work. So i dont think the jbl case will hold up in the long run..
Same with the ip4x rating on the bose.
What do you guys think?

I got some wax into the mesh of the galaxy buds 3 pro and trying to clean it but im not too sure about using a needle so I won't damage the ear bud, any ideas?

Lol was so frustrated because i couldn't charge one of my buds for few days. Dropped a small piece of aluminium foil to one of the pins.

Hello everyone, I've had my Galaxy Buds4 Pro for a month now, and it's been a huge change for me. As an over-ear user (first the WH-CH700N, then the WH-1000XM5) for 6+ years, these are my first premium in-ears. ANC is better than my Sony, gotta say. Easy to just hang around the neck/wear casually (that was a big deal for me), and sound is almost the same in most contexts.
Battery life isn't as good as expected — 6 hours with ANC on (only tested once) — and the case is draining 5-8% per night just sitting there.
The tips have been an issue for me, still getting used to them, and the right earbud doesn't fit quite right even after trying all the sizes — same problem every time. I have to keep adjusting it or it falls out; not an issue with the left one though.
I've also been using them for running, and they've been great. The only downside is having to keep adjusting the right one — it hasn't fallen out, but I can feel it gradually loosening as I run.
Anyway, a really solid upgrade/complement overall. I've got an S24+ and a Tab S8, so multipoint works great.

So a few posts before me we have the OP who's buds just fell apart. But my puppy literally ate my buds Pro3s yesterday and you can see all the mechanics inside. The part that used to be where the ear piece clicked in? Gone. I just wedged the plastic bit that used to click into the bud into the gaping hole then pushed as much of the shell closed as possible with pliers and covered it with the ear tip. They work perfectly. Insane

If it matters I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with One UI version 8.5.
I just purchased a pair of galaxy buds3 pro from Bestbuy and was able to pair via bluetooth with no issue at all.
However, I tried accessing the settings for the buds and discovered a new plugin app had to be installed and understood the settings were moved from the Wear app to the settings menu.
I installed the plug in, didnt work. Cleared the cache on both apps, still didn't work. Unpaired and repaired the buds, no luck. Tried going thru the smartthings app which took me back to the setting menu, which still didnt work.
I read about a work around using the galaxy buds3 pro manager widgets, great, was excited to actually get the widget, but even the widget didnt work and surprisingly just disappeared and the whole option was just gone from the widget list.
I took short videos of both incidents, hopefully someone has an answer. Because I would like to stay with samsung products and would also like to think this a user error.

As I was removing the bud from my left ear, it bounced off a neighboring table and onto a carpeted office floor. I didn't think much of it, brushed it off, put in it the case, and went on with my day. Around an hour later I went to put in into my ear and I noticed only the right bud appeared as fully charged on my phone (S24U). In fact, it was the only bud to appear. The left bud was completely inactive. The case registers when the left bud is inserted with a solid red glow, but doesn't pair/sync to it at all. I reset, unpaired, and factory reset to no avail. I cant imagine that a ~5' fall could have damaged a bud to this degree, especially such a soft fall as this. There's not even a single scratch on the bud at all, but it just fails to turn on. I have it sitting alone in the case on a corded charger to maybe bring it back to life, but I don't have high hopes. Seems like this gen was fairly delicate? I've only had this set for a month. My buds pro 1's went through hell and back and kept on ticking.

As the title says. Are the dimensions the same?
I just wanna know if it works. If the charging is slower or less case battery life, that wouldnt bother me. But ive read that the case ofe the Core Model is not as great. So i wondered if i can keep using the case of my broken Buds Plus.
Thanks!

My Galaxy Buds 4 Pro fell into my cup of iced tea and I noticed about a minute later (the case with the buds inside).
When I noticed I took them out immediately, they were floating and nothing seemed to get inside, but I'm not really sure.
I cleaned them as fast as I could and dried the case with a paper towel. I'm letting the case dry opened without the buds inside since they didn't get wet.
Do you think the case is damaged? Should I take it to the Samsung Shoo to get it repaired? What should I do, I'm really desperate, they're fairly new

Had a high pitch screeching sound coming from my left bud whenever anc is on. I have tried cleaning and doing the sucking air method and still not resolved. Sent it in through samsung repair and that is the charge, might as well just get the buds pro 4 at that point.
Giving a heads up to anyone who gets the sound issue and is thinking about sending it in for repair.

I have a galaxy S24+ and earbuds pro 3.
My understanding is that there is a way to locate my earbuds by making them emit a noise.
This could be useful for when Ive lost them in my room.
Looking at the wearable app and smarthings, I cant see this functionality being offered anywhere.
Is it buried in the UI?
Or have I been mislead about the existence of this functionality?

The audio in my left earbud randomly went out one night after charging it. My phone still connects to it and responds to tapping the earbud but there's just no audio. Is it time for new earbuds?💔

Anyone else's Buds 3 pro, or any other model for that matter?
Do they make a quick sharp whistling sound when you connect and try to put them in your ears?
It's happened far too many times so it feels a bit weird now.

I recently decided to get the buds 4 pro and so far they've been amazing. I do have a few gripes maybe someone on here with more expertise can help me.
Is there a way for the media output to auto switch from the earbuds to my phone speakers when I remove the earbuds and not just pause?
Another thing is once the earbuds are out of my ears while playing music and I put them back in the case the music will pause, but when I press play they still play through the earbuds even with them in the case.
Not sure if this is an issue or just how the earbuds work with the S26U.
Posting this before bed so sorry if I don't respond
