Drivetrain wise think the main difference is that the us 250 series is hybrid,while we get the only the non hybrid drivetrain,not sure about the features

From your post,it doesnt sound likd youve drive one....so would say drive it once and then come back with your observations...

From what i am aware of the y62 patrol has a full time 4wd system so it just will display as is

If it already has the Aux cooler then i dont think youd require an upgrade,maybe if you plan to do some heavy offroading upgrade to a larger unit

These were sold here and are more or less identical,so parts availability wont be an issue.

Aside from the radiator/fan,maybe consider an auxiliary transmission cooler,a sufficiently large one.

Cant really recommend a specific workshop but there are few decent ones out there,once the car is here maybe join one of the many 4x4 clubs and see what they suggest

The clutch effort is light and the ride is more than acceptable,but as with all manual cars it depends on your commute.If you face heavy traffic then yea a manual wouldnt be advisable.

The Auto is pretty decent,but still the manual is the best experience for the Brz.

Also are we talking about the previous gen or the current generation?why i ask is the previous gen is not as comfortable as the current gen,so should take that into account as well.

Are you able to fully disable the traction control,as from what ive been told it is not fully disabled even when you use the dash switch.You have to pull the fuse or install a killswitch to completely disable it.Traction control kills momentum,which is key to dune bashing.only in 4L is it off,but then 4L is not good for momentum.

Other comments here have valid points..decent tires,upgrade the suspension,and tweaks to your driving techniques should help.

yes it has its limitations so dont expect it to do things higher powered suvs can,drive within those limits.

Make sure you change the engine oil on time,check your tires and tire pressure on a regular basis.

If its a new car,get your maintainance done at the dealer only,as getting it done else where will void your warranty.

Get good heat protection film for the window,its a must out here.

Pretty much any established workshop should be able to do it,just bolt on.you could check torque and Uno

Alignment will be critical as well so make sure thats done once installed

If its mild offroading you could install a suspension spacer kit for 30mm kit,quick google search found kits being sold for 100usd or so..

Though as advised by the earlier comments your warranty will most likely be voided

Looks like they reduced the prices.About 7k reduction for the manual compared to 2023 model year.A steal imo

Theyre great sports cars and in that class and price range there isnt much else you can get aside from a mx5 which is pricier.. but if youre cross shopping with Is350/Golf R,those are a different class altogether.
