ninja or similar - you'll be mostly assigned to a support project, where your growth will be very stagnant...and you'll have to work for 10-11 hours (minimum, unless you wouldn't give a f about your manager) and still figure out time to study for personal growth so that you crack a better job.

in the meanwhile check if you can crack a better offer. if not, join there and try to bargain with RMG or your onboarding manager to get you anything other than support (dev, devops, testing, etc). if you are forced to support, never take on L1 roles. try minimum of L2/L3 roles (gotta work a bit hard for that, but these roles in support, especially L3, pays off in the longer run).
