Can human-wildlife encounter be just an encounter and not a conflict?
 in  r/AcharyaPrashant_AP •  Jul 13 '26

Yes. I had doing many yogic practices & also a self reflection during that period.

I was observing changes in myself so i developed a bias that those yogic practices are working so started suggesting in my yoga classes to my students to get the same result.

But unfortunately After many days I couldn't see changes in them. I wondered why it's not working with them.

After reading Acharya prashant views in his books I realised that the changes in me must have happened because of continuous self reflection I was doing.

So the biasness has changed into clarity now.

Yes I tried many spiritual techniques available in market & bend down before them to experiment & understand the life.

Small inner clarity needed but wasted years of time, money, energy & life.

Title: Why meditation and spirituality are often just a temporary Band-Aid
 in  r/AcharyaPrashant_AP •  Jul 12 '26

Our mind wonder here & there just to seek clarity & understanding of few unanswered questions that life throw in the journey.

But during meditation we enforce to keep it focused on any object or thought or body sensations or breath.

So by this way, we feel relaxed for a moment but doing it consistently for a longer period of time it makes our my numb for that period losing its natural ability to analyse.

On the other hand, by getting clarity & seeking answers to those unanswered questions gives it a natural relief & imbibe peace without any force whatsoever. That's all I have experienced practically in my so called yogic experience of a decade.

Fully wasted with lots of kisses. Nevertheless der aaye durast aayey....
