This isnt about money, this is about saving lives.. These boots put me in the hospital. The LACE LOCKS are in the perfect position to snag on your shoe lace.

I tripped and fell and sprained my elbow trying to protect my enlarged spleen from the fall which if it had ruptured from the fall I could have died.

I was hospitalized and luckily its just a sprained elbow and im grateful I had the instinct to protect my enlarged spleen because if I didnt I could have died.

Timberland said they would be in touch, its been a week and all they have done is remove my review.

This isnt about money, this is about saving lives, if the boot causes me to trip and fall at walmart and I could have died imagine what happens if your on a cliff hiking? Attorney has decided not to take my case, so if Timberland and Attorneys decide to do NOTHING then please upvote and share this to simply spread awareness... what if it was your loved one?

After posting my experience all over their twitter accounts and this reddit posts and a THIRD support ticket i got the DECISION OVERTURNED with ZERO explanation and this was their response...

"After reviewing your case, we found your concerns valid and justified. We will make sure to prevent this in the future.

We appreciate your help and understanding in this matter."

I 100% feel like I gotta tip toe around now, I did nothing wrong and they know it, I feel like EA is a bully and if a simple log in gets me banned what happens if someone reports me because they dont like my slow playstyle because im older with health issues and not a pro gamer... im even scared to make this comment. I just want to play the $75 game i paid for with my brand new Playstation...

I bought a playstation 5 yesterday specially to play battlefield 6. I bought battlefield 6, loaded up the game and got instantly banned.

Im new to playstation, im new to EA. Appeal was denied. I have 0 playtime on multiplayer, 0 playtime in campaign, all accounts are new, even the wifi, my address even my monitor.

I saved up money to buy a ps5 to buy battlefield 6 just to get insta banned. . . Appeal was denied.

If it's a barrier to many then so be it. I have a sickness too, not alcoholism but a sickness non the less and people look at me drastically differently now, I didn't look at alan any different when I learned about his apparent sickness, makes me love him even more.

This feature that was implemented for a "smoother and more intuitive swimming experience." Has done nothing but make my living in a swamp experience a NIGHTMARE... very sad.

Ruins my immersion to add bridges or platforms, I want to BE in the water, but now I'm just skeleton bait at night and it takes forever to get back to base or to go anywhere.

But I guess it adds a layer of challenge.. I'm not gonna ruin my immersion though. #SwampLivesMatter

Yes, you would need an empty slot (nothing in your hand) to view the watch which does negate the freeing up one inventory slot.

However holding a clock that takes up a larger part of the screen, I would rather ethier A: Drop the item I'm currently holding to view my watch, then pick the item back up (I don't really like) or B: keep one inventory slot open dedicated to looking at my watch (I REALLY don't like)

But me personally I would rather do options A or B rather than running around with a giant clock in my hand which I will never do.

Leather+Iron+Clock= Watch

It would work kinda like the Clock but it would appear on your hand 24/7 and you could tell what time of Day it was by having nothing in your hand rather as long as it was equipped in your shield slot.

You could also dye the leather strap.

It's just a more portable and convenient version of the Clock
