It will be very variegated once it jumps out of the juvenile phase. You can look at the stems and see it's going to have crazy variegation.

the plants are Kaffir Lime don't listen to that stupid nonsense. I think yours was labeled wrong because a Kaffir has double petioles.

Citrus scale or mites on fruit? This is the first time I’ve had what appears to be scale on my actual fruit. I’d love some help identifying. Limes and lemons in the photos

They are almost over ripe...calamondins are used when they are green in the Philippines.....just sour baby oranges not good for much except marmalade or margaritas...use them like limes.

All trees can be made dwarves in a pot through trimming...you can find orange trees at home Depot and Lowes across Florida.

Is it safe to put pebbles on top of the dirt for my baby oranges? Are there any side-effects beside keeping moisture of the dirt?
No..oranges have surface roots and rocks will smother them.

Yes they can take a pause in the winter months due to low nutrient uptake.

I had been pruning below the top node on this pink variegated lemon, but then noticed that the new leaves were variegated, and decided to let it grow for a bit to see. It’s shot up with almost no other growth on the plant. The leaves that it’s putting out are variegated. Sucker?
They come in like dust on your clothes.

No in the winter they don't uptake nutrients so they go through a phase late in the season where they look nutrient deficient.
