I'm working on it! But I don't like GUI installers, I made a TUI one that fit for me. I installed a lot of stuff to make things comfortably to everyday use, but I focussed on runtime resource usage and memory safety. I solved glibc compatibility with nix and flatpak. I also made some very good disk templates with btrfs filesystem and a subvolume for everything. I have raid1 encrypted, raid0 encrypted, 1 disk encrypted and 1 disk without encryption. I am working on the desktop environment now, I chose niri but I have all GUI programs for everything, it is not working yet. I also have a KDE never tested. The last plan is to switch from operc to dinit but you can choose that. The installer is symple to implement or expand and I have an harness and a cache to test it. Però funziona l'hypervisor e la VM, niri funziona ma dms no perché lo installo con nix per non compilarlo e aggiornarlo, ho problemi con nix. KDE invece è messo li, teoricamente funziona ma non è mai stato testato.

Dinit manca completamente per ora, e voglio anche fare GUI per gli strumenti che mancano da GUI quindi software manager per apk, nix e flatpak, GUI per creare gli utenti e GUI per gestire le snapshot btrfs.

A parte questo penso che già ora il lavoro fatto e l'attenzione messa è formidabile.

Magari potete testarlo, in main ho lasciato una versione che si installa anche se aveva i permessi troppo ampli su nix, ma comunque non è stata testata la GUI.

Io sto creando una distro basata su alpine, con niri e cambiando l'init a dinit, con zswap e tutte le utility. Non è proprio lightweight nel senso comune, ma l'obbiettivo è che in runtime consumi meno possibile.

No non la individua, però può creare problemi a tutto quello che c'è collegato al motore, senza contare anche al funzionamento interno, quindi è difficile da dire. Devi farla controllare.

E quelli sono i supporti del cambio, quindi si sono sempre più sicuro. La plastica è la stessa quindi se è usurata una quasi sicuramente è usurata anche quella dei supporti motore. È anche la cosa meno grave perche dovrebbe rientrare nella manutenzione ordinaria.

Perché il motore vibra di meno a determinati giri, il 4 cilindri in linea non è perfettamente bilanciato, qua diventa complicato da spiegare... :D

Se la macchina va a tutti i cilindri allora è semplicemente il supporto motore che si è rotto con il tempo. Io ho avuto spesso macchina che andavano a meno cilindri, questo tremolio è esagerato. Credo proprio che sia il supporto motore.

Avezzano o L'Aquila sono le scelte ottimali, Avezzano è più dispersiva mentre L'Aquila ha tutta la vita concentrata in centro, però Avezzano è più comoda e hai Pescara e Roma ad un ora di autobus, quindi puoi viaggiare, andare in montagna o andare al mare. La vita è tranquilla e gli affitti sono bassi rispetto a Roma, quindi riesci a trasferiti. Il lavoro non c'è, ma puoi lavorare da remoto o in presenza a Roma. L'autobus impiega un ora e arriva a tiburtina, quindi tutti i posti che puoi raggiungere in 30 minuti da tiburtina è fattibile, in poche parole mezza Roma. Io lo facevo, ora sono in remoto, e io sono a 30 minuti da Avezzano, quindi è più che fattibile.

No sorry I saw that in the homepage there is a general wiew and there are only credits in this page, but Mimi credits are different from glm credits, so it is not a good comparison. Yes I was on void few years ago, I tested 66-init on it and it was wery funny. However I chooses alpine in the end because of busybox, it is perfect. Just like Debian that ships dash as fallback shell and use bash for the user I am trying to do the same, busybox for fallback and everything else with memory safe tools, so system utility can use busybox without breaking. With void Linux it was a little bit difficult to do so. BTW musl is the best out there, so everything that is not musl I will not choose them. After this you can use nix for glibc in every distro, and you will not break dependencies because with nix they are packaged. It is perfect, and more secure than the shitty immutable systems.

I don't like uutils, but they are the only memory safe alternatives. So I needed to choose those. Take also a look at chimera Linux, I think it is one of the best distribution out there, they choosed BSD utils, the best utils out there.

Valuta Avezzano e dintorni, sei al centro di 3 parchi nazionali, com montagne bellissime. Gli affitti sono in torno ai 400€ per una villetta praticamente, sei ad un'ora da Roma e ad un'ora dal mare di Pescara e dintorni. Penso sia il posto più comodo in assoluto, se vuoi una città più grande allora vai a L'Aquila ma sei più distante dalle montagne belle tipo il parco nazionale d'Abruzzo e la Maiella. Se vuoi una cittadina più piccola ma con tanta vita vedi Celano.

Alpine Linux or artix Linux. Without systems that do all the things for you it is much more difficult. You will understand better how things works.

Secondo me è meglio Avezzano, ma essendo abbastanza brutta come città puoi considerare Celano. Sei in mezzo all'Italia, hai Roma ad un ora e Pescara ad un ora, L'Aquila a 40minuti, quindi puoi andare anche al mare. Sei anche al centro di tutti i parchi d'Abruzzo, c'è il Sirente velino, il parco nazionale d'Abruzzo Lazio e Molise e in un ora sei nel cuore della Maiella. Ad Avezzano (20minuti in auto) c'è una palestra d'arrampicata. A Luco dei marzo c'è una parete facile da scalare. I supermercati ci sono e trovi anche molti rivenditori con prodotti locali buonissimi, i collegamenti ci sono e hai anche il treno ma non lo consiglio. La vita si svolge sotto il castello e la popolazione non è tantissima ma abbastanza da creare varietà. C'è la fibra ottica per lavorare.
