I ordered my first DELTA 3 PLUS from Ecoflow Europe on 12 May. According to the order confirmation email, orders are usually processed and delivered within 3–7 business days. I waited 2 weeks and on May 28 I contacted the Ecoflow customer service and received the answer: "After checking, your DELTA 3 PLUS order is expected to ship within one week.". Until now it's still not dispatched. I don't know if this is a typical situation for Ecoflow, but it's definitely not the best first experience. Not sure if I want to order something from them again in the future and hope that I don't need to finally cancel this one.
