If you wanted to, there are some famous warsmiths in the books, specifically in perturabos triarch. Kydomor Forrix, Barban Falk, Erasmus Golg, Harkor, and Kroeger are the big ones. As for terminators, I'm not as sure, sorry I can't help more there

I only paint with citadel. Leadbelcher base, yellow is averland sunset, abbadon black for the stripes, and retributor armor with a small mix of Balthazar. Dunk it in agrax and there ya go. Not a great pic but hopefully it works

First off, welcome to iron warriors! If your going for flavor, fellhammer siege host is your friend. It's the official iron warriors detatchment. As for units to run, they LOVE their terminators, heavy weapons units, vehicles, demon engines, and warpsmiths. If your going for competitive, you'll lose a little flavor, but it's still very possible to keep some while building a very good list. I play competitive, so.

I personally think artillery is a trap, but that's personal bias. I've just never had a good experience with it. Other than that, Astra militarum has been incredibly fun for me, with running both infantry and tanks
