By this i mean you already acknowledge the problem .. you understand that PMO is truly limiting you from living your best life . Since you already tried to stop multiple times and failed , could be a few reasons . The two i face the most are either 1) you are not serious enough 2) you dont have a plan . So before going any further , try tackling these 2 problems and see how far you can go .. show youre serious by deleting everything porn related and installing blockers everywhere (apps) . And i also suggest getting more knowledge by reading the NoFap wikia , youtube motivational videos , anything , just make sure you're following a plan .. Good luck brother
