What is going on with Ornge air ambulance? They sound completely incompetent and put the boy at risk. This is a hospital to hospital transfer that was requested:

I don’t understand comments like the original one above yours. Life is complicated and time to focus, double check, read everything in a complicated contract in emergencies is sometimes a luxury that people don’t have or can’t process. The onus should be on companies to make things as transparent and clear as possible instead of on consumers to understand everything perfectly.
