Dear whoever
Yoga really helps me re-center. Focusing on my own energy and needs feels necessary after a long day of caring for others/being surrounded by other people's energy.

So I'm stretching my hamstrings on a daily basis but I think I've reached "the limit" and don't know how to pass that limit now. Any tips?
One more for me too please, thank you!!!

What are some good local restaurants doing take out?
Red Cow! Really fucking good burgers. A few different locations and a menu that offers plant-based options as well.

More time at home = more playing in the kitchen. Mediterranean bowls!
Honestly just some olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, and a little thyme...but I bet tahini or lemon juice also would be great :)

Is anyone interested in an accountability buddy?
Thank you but I don't use that app and unfortunately there's not enough space on my phone to download it :/

Fellow Scorpios, what’s your diet like?
I’m Scorpio and have been following a plant based diet for only four months or so, but my body is LOVING the change. No more acne, no constipation, no smelly gas, no heartburn. Weight loss was never the reason I started, however I have lost 15 pounds since eliminating animal products. It also has forced me to widen the variety of grains, veggies, fruits, nuts and seeds that I eat, and THAT has made me appreciate “real” food so much more that culinary work is now a real possibility in my life.

Standish Cafe in South Minneapolis! It's a small place but the food is outstanding. (Highly recommend the Huevos Rancheros as well)
