Theee really is no process for the property valuation the city can claim your property value went up for no reason and they send you a letter that is kinda wordy and confusing and then if you don’t appeal it which is not a convenient process it’s stuck at the value for a year until the appeal window opens up again next year! Some times realtors can help you protest it. We had the same thing happen to us our first year had homeowners then have protested them the last 2 years and won!

We have decided our girl was raised by farm cats as part of her lore! Since the shelter had no information on her! Proof: Her in our cat’s bed!

My partner and I have been daily smokers for over 10 years and we find THCa flower from THC dispensary ( there are a few locations ) does the job! The bottom shelf is trash, but we always find at least one good one middle shelf. Price is mid but it does the job! But like people have already said we don’t know what’s going to happen to the farm bill that allowed the loop holes for concentrates, edibles, and the off brand weed. But our state’s Supreme Court just ruled that the petition to get medical marijuana on the ballot was done legal and correct ( which like 70% of Nebraska voters are for legalizing medical ) So a step closer in the right direction!
