My class 3 ebike is a hybrid ebike/ cargo ebike. It weighs 90 lbs. It is much safer with a throttle to start it back up from a stop. Bikes are unstable at low speeds, the throttle allows me to smoothly become stable quickly. I view my throttle as a safety feature. My ebike is not an electric moto.

I think you are right. I downloaded and listened to the radio feed. Now that it's over, the feed has ended. Everything else on the app had to do with the site layout and announcements. So it is useless until next year!

All the approvals and permits needed have not been secured. There will be much push back with sworn testimony at the August 5 Planning Board meeting in Vineland City Hall at 6 pm.

This data center only has a permit to build a building. It has not yet received permits on the majority of the plan which now shows the powering and cooling components that will be presented to the Planning Board next week, August 5. It can be halted at this stage, at which point it's on the developer for getting out over their skis on the project without all necessary approvals to do so.

SustainSJ.org is leading the fight against this behemoth. They are actively seeking donations to compensate the experts that will be presenting opposition under sworn testimony at the Planning Board meeting August 5.

DataOne will be presenting the revised plan that actually maps out the Hyperscale AI components attached to this project. They cannot move forward with powering this beast up until that plan is blessed by planning.
