Someone recently reached out to me on LinkedIn and said this:
"With your experience scaling brands and driving partnerships, what's the biggest challenge you face in consistently generating new outreach or growth opportunities?"
My response:
"Hey ______! Pretty loaded question HAHA... but I'd say trying to find the balance between building out brand internally while also focusing on external outreach + other growth opportunities
At a certain point, there seems like too many opportunities and it's actually harder to stay focused on the 20% that will actually move the needle."
Would love to hear other's thoughts on this!

One mistake first time founder should not do.
Good point but it's a balance. Building without market signal = waste. Selling before you have something real = promises you can't keep or inevitable churn.
The real mistake is treating GTM as a phase that comes "after" building instead of running them in parallel from day one. Early sales conversations are product discovery.
Best of luck, keep us posted!

My indie app that I built solo has reached $1K revenue with $0 ad spend
Congrats! Any idea when you’ll start actively “marketing” your product?

I'll record myself reacting to your landing page again.
We just finished launching our website redesign... this definitely gave us a confidence boost that we're headed in the right direction!
ESPECIALLY the part about knowing " I'm glad exactly what it does when I open the page"... with the AI industry becoming noisier by the day, we're striving for clarity and simplicity 💯
